Only New Orleans would be able to pull off replicating the San Fermin Running of the Bulls of Pamplona, Spain. ”¿Por qué no?” The New Orleans Running of the Bulls, organized by the NOLA Bulls, takes place July 9-11, 2010 and puts its own twist to the event. The “bulls” are members of the Big Easy Rollergirls as well as rollerderby leagues across the country! Over 4,000 runners dressed in the traditional white attire with red scarf are expected for this years event, whose route runs through the French Quarter and into the Warehouse District.
