Aug. 3, 2004 : Our stay at this Hotel will be one we remember for a long time! We were there celebrating our 27th anniversary in July. We hope to return for our 30th!

Jul. 22, 2004 : My daughter and I stayed only one night at the Dauphine prior to a cruise. But, what a delightful experience. The location is superb for many of the best sights and resterants in the French Quarter. Thanks for a great way to start our vacation.

Jul. 20, 2004 : I recently spent my 30th bday at your hotel! WOW Elaine and Almeda were awesome and made my stay the best expierence one could ever ask for! I will be back in October and hope to see the same wounderful faces as before.

Jul. 17, 2004 : My girlfriend and I stayed there from July 11-16th 2004 and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very kind and helpful and the service was top-notch. This was my first trip to New Orleans, but I can honestly say it will not be the last. Actually, we are already planning on coming back and we will be staying at the Dauphine Orleans once again!

Jul. 9, 2004 : We have never had such incredible service like we did at this wonderful hotel. From the second we arrived until we left, our stay was wonderful. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful in the true southern way. The hotel is charming and the rooms are so comfortable and clean. We plan on staying at the Dauphine Orleans next time we visit New Orleans in the fall. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. We just wish that all hotels would take their cue from this hotel...they'd have a lot more repeat business.

Jun. 21, 2004 : When I travelled for a living, I stayed with you for about 7 years. Even after I moved Up-town, I would drop by for a drink. Your property was always a perfect balance of location, ease of access, and charm. Richard Laborde

Jun. 8, 2004 : I recently spent Memorial Day weekend at the Dauphine Orleans with my brother and a freind. We all had a wonderful time and a very pleasant stay at your hotel. I will definitly return and recommend you to my friends. In fact we are talking about making this a annual trip. Everyone at your hotel was very nice, pleasant and courteuos. Your rooms are wonderful and quaint. I'm looking forward to my next stay there. Sincerely, Ed Little

Jun. 5, 2004 : This was my 2nd visit to New Orleans and I had reservations at 4 different hotels, one of which was the Dauphine. I chose this one, even tho I read a couple of negative reviews..the bulk of reviews was very positive. I'm so-o glad I did. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere and southern hospitality couldn't have been better. The staff was friendly, the room in excellent shape, continental breakfast, afternoon hordeurves & teas were wonderful...just everything pool & courtyards beautiful. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. The guest bathrobes, turned down beds w/ treats, purified air system was included in the modest price of the regular double room we stayed in. Next time I'll try one of the suites that adjoins the courtyard. If you're ever in New Orleans, try this hotel...only 1 block to Bourbon St, but far away enough from the noise. The shuttle service was an added bonus. Loved it here, you will too.

Apr. 24, 2004 : Hello. I've read about your hotel in a book of Polish writer Janusz Leon Wiœniewski. And now i dream about New Orlean and many, many other places. Many greetings, Karolina

Mar. 28, 2004 : Having just returned form New Orleans I was compelled to write the following commentery: (I made the reservations for 5 couples) The hotel experience from start to finish was just wonderful. As you can guess I was very concerned that my hotel choice would not meet with every one's needs. The choice was excellent as I was constantly reminded by my guests. From the check in to the check out we were treated to a great experience.Everyone enjoyed the stay at Dauphine Orleans and we plan to return. Thank you, Louise

Mar. 24, 2004 : My mom and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dauphine for a two night stay prior to departing on a cruise. The hotel was beautiful, continental breakfest was wonderful , and the bartender made the best ... Mary I've ever had. You would not have known that there was more to our vacation than staying at the Dauphine. All we could talk about was the wonderful time we had in New Orleans and the employees we met at the Dauphine. Asa and Elston, especially, made our visit so enjoyable; with great food recommendations, sight seeing and shopping information. My mom and I are so grateful for their hospitality, warmth and generosity - what a pleasure and honor it was to meet such charming men. We hope to stay again at the Dauphine....and next time, our whole vacation will be spent there.

Mar. 22, 2004 : Just left there 2 days ago and we had a marvelous time. And, your hotel staff contributed highly to our enjoyment. From your recommendations to your general helpfulness. From the moment we entered your front door, EVERYONE was helpful. We loved the FREE breakfasts and the bar. Amy is the best tour guide. What a comfortable place to end an evening and plan for the next. We will be back and in between we will recommend the Dauphine highly. Of course the rooms aren't perfect, but the ambiance was - along with the location, who would want to stay in a boring Motel 6 type place. Thanks to each and everyone we came in contact with. Julane, Barbara, Pat and Linda

Mar. 21, 2004 : Stayed at the Dauphine in March 2004 and could not believe how great it was. Thanks to the staff for a very pleasant experience. We WILL be staying there again!

Feb. 29, 2004 : I've stayed here twice in the past 4 months and plan to spend another long weekend at the end of March. This is a delightful property, friendly staff, thoughtful rooms, perfect location.....I've stayed in many other hotels in New Orleans and this one is a "jewel" in my book. I just retired after 30 years in the travel/tour I've seen a few hotels ;-) You won't be disappointed here.

Feb. 21, 2004 : We and another coupled stayed at the Dauphine the first week of October, 2003. The atmosphere was perfect, from the room to the many courtyards, hot tub and the breakfast room. The free morning continental breaksfasts were fabulous. I think we could have been satisfied at Mae Bailey's (Dauphine's own), enjoying this beautiful little bar, so full of history and atmosphere, and had the greatest time without ever walking the one block up to Bourbon Street. We will stay here again and suggest to everyone to do the same. Thanks to the Dauphine!
