From the moment I made reservations I was impressed with this hotel. Our stay was great and the staff is amazing. I can not say enough about them, especially Shawn. The continental breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and a perfect size, and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We had one little issue, but the staff handled it perfectly. I am already discussing returning to New Orleans, and when I do, I will definitely stay here. Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay wonderful!!!
