This week I stayed at the Dauphine Orleans as a chaperone with the 6th grade "Connections" group from Ocean Springs Middle School. My niece was one of the 6th graders in the group. I had a wonderful room with a Tempurpedic mattress. It was the first time that I had slept on one of these mattresses and it provided a very restful night of sleep. Mike, who was responsible for valet parking, not only helped me with my parking, but was very kind in taking my luggage to my room. His assistance was very much appreciated! The breakfast was great ... waffles, fresh fruit, a buttered, toasted crossant with sausage and fresh cup of Wolfgang Puck Signature coffee.
