Your hotel was our home away from home. I brought my son and his girlfriend to New Orleans for a much needed vacation due to my son being in a car accident. We were so pleased with the hotel and the staff. We came down when Ike was coming into Texas so we flew from Seattle via New Jersey. It was a long flight but when we got to the hotel we just breathed a sigh of relief as the hotel was so wonderful. We enjoyed the morning breakfast and sat in the courtyard with a gentle breeze while we read the newspaper you provided. Our daily swim in the pool was a wonderful relief to the hot weather. It was just what we needed to revive us for the evenings on Bourbon street. It was hard to drag my son home. We will be planning another trip in the next few months and will only stay at the Dauphine Orleans!
